For actress Mila Kunis, Kentucky is a far cry from her native Ukraine, but that certainly doesn’t mean the actress lacks familiarity when it comes to one of America’s most celebrated spirits, bourbon whiskey. In fact, Mila has just been named the new face of Jim Beam Bourbon.
“As a fan of bourbon and a huge proponent of making history, I am thrilled to be the newest member of the Jim Beam family,” said Mila in a statement.
Personally, I’m pretty excited about the partnership. No shade to “Sex & The City,” but for too long women have been relegated to cosmos and any drink that ends in “-tini.” I love margaritas and pina coladas just as much as the next gal, but a good whiskey on the rocks is heaven in a glass. AM I RIGHT?? So, kudos to Mila and Jim Beam for showing that women and whiskey is gradually becoming the norm.
